Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Bare & Beyond, operated by FrecPoola LLC.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. 

Shipping rates

• United States — orders over $150 (before tax): standard shipping is FREE.
• United States — orders under $150: standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
• United States — expedited: calculated at checkout.
• International (where offered): calculated at checkout.

The exact options and prices for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within one to two (1–2) business days at our fulfillment center. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If there is a delay verifying your payment, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

After processing, standard delivery within the United States typically takes three to seven (3–7) business days, and expedited delivery takes one to three (1–3) business days. Remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take longer. All delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is with the carrier. Tracking can take a short while to activate after the first scan. If your tracking has not updated for seven (7) business days, contact us on live chat with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged or lost in transit

We take responsibility for orders that are damaged or lost while in transit to you. If your order arrives damaged, contact us on live chat right away — keep the packaging and share photos — and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance or brokerage fees on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in what you pay us, and we cannot estimate them in advance. If a shipment is refused at customs, or duties and brokerage fees go unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the refund issued after inspection will be reduced by the duties, brokerage fees, and return shipping costs charged to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and can re-ship it at your cost.
